About Sever Time 7/3 12:07, the sever kicked player off the game. Before that, I have sent some item to my character from TWDD to TwDiDi. When I moved them to my bank I was kicked off the game, the same situation happened to other Asia players. After few minutes I connected back the game but I can't find my item in the bank or the baggage. Also the mail showed that the items have been taken out. Could you help me find them back? Thank you very much.
