Maybe you can make a reward to trade for Diana permanent pet at maybe 300 pet stamps? 500? idk. Since she has 1 in 1000 chance to be obtained from Winner's box and so about 1 in 5000 chance per race 
you decide on number. or maybe pet renewal contract for pet stamps so you can at least have a "permanent" pet from doing pet field day more often. maybe more permanent pet accessories that actually have a visual function.
I think visual pet accessories would be awesome at the very least. but I can see how it might take some time to implement it across pet types. Even reconfiguring the existing "Star's Pet Box" items to permanent with the same stats as the accessories would give us more options to customize our pet's look. And also trading pet stamps for the high quality pet food would be nice too.
